Sirkeci Train Station
This small building is a historical lighthouse still in use and located on the western Black Sea coast in the northeast town Şile of Istanbul, Turkey. You can read more about this building from Wikipedia. When I draw this, I was dreaming living in a lighthouse alone and far from everybody.
This nice building is a Bosphorus ship station in Besiktas Istanbul. Bosphorus divide Istanbul and Bosphorus ships a nice public tranport method. Especially in summer, you can sit in open areas of ships. You can watch the city panorama or feed seagulls with your “simit”. (A kind of doughnut covered with sesame and special to Istanbul)
The Galata Tower is a medieval stone tower in the Galata/Karaköy quarter of Istanbul, Turkey. One of the city’s most striking landmarks, it is a high, cone-capped cylinder that dominates the skyline and offers a panoramic vista of Old Istanbul and its environs. With the clouds this tower looks like a fairy tale tower. But in reality at the bottom of the tower there are some ugly buildings. You can read more and view original tower photos from here.
